Abstract

Змодельовано вплив параметрів вакуумних установок на характер технологічного процесу вакуумної системи. Розроблено принцип подібності для перерахунку характеристик робочого циклу вакуумних установок.

Influence of  vacuum plant parameters on the character of vacuum-system technological  process. The principle of similarity for recalculation of vacuum plant working cycle charac-teristics is eleborated for the first time.
