Abstract

Метою роботи є розробка інтелектуального засобу стискання відеопотоку для систем відеспостереження в умовах міжмашинної комунікації. Ця розробка призначена для зменешення обсягу даних, за умови забезпечити високу якість важливих об’єктів для подальшої роботи з ними людини. Такий метод забезпечить підвищення ефективності передачі відео з меншим навантаженням мережи або в умовах низької пропускної здатності. Для реалізації використовуватимуться модель комп’ютерного зору YOLO та кодек H.265 з  відкритою бібліотекою FFmpeg.
